John Doulamis
Senior Vice President, General Counsel
John Doulamis is Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Clarivate, overseeing the company’s global legal affairs, governance, risk, privacy and compliance functions. John joined Clarivate in March 2024 as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
John has more than 20 years of experience leading legal, risk, compliance and governance functions for global publicly listed companies. Prior to Clarivate, he was Deputy General Counsel for IHS Towers Ltd., a leading communications infrastructure company. Prior, John was Chief Counsel, Corporate & Securities at IHS Markit Ltd., a provider of critical information, analytics and solutions, leading the company’s corporate and governance legal function from its IPO through its merger with S&P Global. John began his career at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
He holds a bachelor of commerce from McGill University and a juris doctor from Harvard Law School.
