Darien Krimmert
Senior Vice President, Head of People
Darien Krimmert joined Clarivate in 2021 and was appointed Senior Vice President, Head of People in March 2025. In this role, she oversees the global human resources strategy with the goal of accelerating the company’s performance and growth through our people and culture.
Darien has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of people management, a strong track record for aligning teams to deliver business priorities and a deep commitment to fostering a forward-thinking, high-performing culture. She previously served as Vice President, Human Resources and executive business partner to the company’s Intellectual Property segment. Prior to joining Clarivate, Darien held a variety of HR leadership roles at Newmont Mining Corporation and IHS Markit.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and a master’s degree in human resources development from Colorado State University.
